After Surgery

After the procedure you may feel minor discomfort at the incision site. You will likely be able to go home a few hours after the procedure. Your healthcare team will give you instructions about at-home-care, including advice about lifting, checking the incision site, and activity levels.

Your doctor may ask you to limit some of your activities until your incision heals. After that, you should be able to perform your usual activities, such as swimming, bathing, and exercising.
